She posts every 3 days and each video shows exactly what Sarah eats for every meal, what she does at the gym, and just other activities she does throughout the day. She is on a Paleo based diet, meaning she is gluten free and mainly consumes raw foods as well as different meats. From her channel, you can tell that it isn't too hard to maintain a somewhat healthy lifestyle. I suggest taking a look into her channel if you are just starting to make changes to your life style and want to become healthier.

Nikole's "HealthNut Nutrition" YouTube channel focuses mainly on recipes. What makes channel different from other food channels is that she swaps out as much processed or artificial foods as possible. For instance, from the images above, you can tell that Nikole managed to make Mac and Cheese without any cream or butter. Instead she used spinach and olive oil. She even provides recipes of desserts like ice cream and still manages to use healthy alternatives, such as cashews instead of cream and arrow root flour instead of white flour. Husband and wife, Daniel and Kelli made their YouTube channel to showcast their different workout routines. This channel mainly focuses on different types of exercise, but also provides some recipes here and there.Their channel is great because it provides you with a variety of new and different workouts you can try. A problem people face after being "healthy" for a while is that they get tired of doing the same routine and going to the same gym everyday. From this channel, you'll be sure to find a new routine you can test out!

Popsugar Fitness

Popsugar Fitness is very similar in their style to FitnessBlender. This channel also gives several different workout routines in addition to specific routines that target a particular area of the body, such as the stomach or the butt. What is unique about this channel is that it incorporates several different trainers, including famous professional ones, so that you are provided with several different perspectives and options. Lastly, this channel also provides you with healthy-alternative recipes such as the one shown above.
